We currently have excellent opportunities for experienced receptionists with good administration experience to join our clients in short and longer term assignments located centrally.  In these roles you will get to fully utilise your previous reception and administration experience as the first point of contact for visitors and you will fast become part of the team.

Duties could include:

  • Fielding phone calls using a computerised phone system
  • Managing emails
  • Using outlook to book meeting rooms
  • Meet and greet of all visitors to site
  • Managing the Fleet cars
  • Organising any catering and booking travel as required
  • Other administration duties

Skills Required

  • A bright friendly personality
  • Proven work experience working in a busy reception
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • A can-do attitude
