The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior administrator to join a busy team working for a large organisation located in Mt Eden.  In this role you will have a wide variety of tasks to complete and so you would get to fully utilise your multi-tasking skills. 

Duties May Include:

  • Fleet Vehicle management
  • Organising travel, accommodation
  • Managing Security access cards
  • Logging any maintenance issues
  • IT assistance – assisting with PC, Skype and printer issues, Mobile phone and laptop assistance, setting up video conferencing
  • Fielding incoming phone calls and general enquires
  • Email management
  • Mail
  • Ordering stationery and other supplies
  • Covering reception during breaks
  • Meet and Greet
  • Assisting with events
  • Formatting and finalising large documents
  • Other adhoc administration

Skills required

  • Intermediate to advanced MS office
  • Previous Senior administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team
  • The ability to follow procedures but also to problem solve and multi task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • A professional customer service focus
