Enjoy working for an international organisation in a small but busy team located in the heart of Auckland City.
In this role you will get to utilise your previous administration experience processing visa applications. Working 20 - 35 hours a week Monday to Friday. If you have come from a strong customer service and administration background then this ongoing assignment is perfect for you.
The rate offered is $17 an hour + 8% holiday pay.
- Receiving and processing applications
- Following up with customers to clarify details and update on progress
- Data Entry updating the database
- General Administration
- Intermediate to advanced MS office experience and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Be very process driven and have a high attention to detail
- Have previous office administration and/or customer service experience
- Be proactive and enjoy liaising with a variety of people from different backgrounds
