Looking for a new role for the start of 2019?  An excellent opportunity come through for an experienced high level PA working for a well established health based organisation located in Penrose.  Starting around Mid-January this role will keep you busy for 3 months plus. 

Duties include:

  • Managing Appointments/scheduling meetings
  • Organising conferences, meetings and booking venues
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communication (emails, phones, faxes)
  • General Clerical Support
  • Support with typing, formatting and production of key documents
  • 'Assisting with arranging travel and accommodation
  • Secretarial support to Regional groups
  • Managing monthly agendas and collating all relevant documents for meetings
  • General office administration for the office and project team

Competencies required:

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience working as a high level PA
  • Minute Taking and secretarial experience
  • Diary Management supporting 2-3 high level managers
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • The ability to manage time and prioritise
