The Role

  • Utilise your previous inventory and stores experience in this hands on role working for a large health-based organisation located in Takapuna. 
  • Starting ASAP working 7am - 3.30pm you will be kept busy for the next 4-8 weeks until they secure a permanent candidate.
  • If you are self-motivated and enjoy a role where no two days are the same then this role is perfect. 
  • You will be actively managing all incoming stock and purchasing using Oracle. 
  • This is a very busy role that involves a lot of multi-tasking.  

Skills and Experience required include:

  • Previous proven Inventory / purchasing experience
  • Experience with a hands on role where more manual tasks are required
  • A good fitness level 
  • Ability to multi-task as multiple requests may need to be managed 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high degree of accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS office and Oracle experience is an advantage
  • The ability to work unsupervised
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
