An excellent opportunity has arisen for a savvy administrator to assist a religious organization with Receipting.  This role is starting asap for around 2 months working full time hours.

Located in Wiri duties include:

  • Recording of Donor gifts and receipting accordingly
  • Liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders by email and phone
  • Data Entry updating the internal database
  • General administrative tasks

To be considered you will need:

  • A good understanding of finance
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Professional communication
  • Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
  • The ability to meet deadlines and keep a high degree of accuracy
