An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone with some exposure/experience within HR to assist a busy recruitment team with recruitment administration.  Starting asap this role would keep you busy for the next 1-2-months but as they are busy there could be long term opportunity.

Duties include:

  • Data Entry entering candidate details into the in-house data base
  • Putting together on-boarding material
  • Following up on references and other background checks
  • Booking interviews
  • Formatting offer letters
  • Other adhoc administration duties

Skills Required:

  • Some HR/Recruitment exposure or experience
  • Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Fast and accurate Data Entry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team
