An excellent opportunity has arisen for someone with some exposure/experience within HR to assist a busy recruitment team with recruitment administration. Starting asap this role would keep you busy for the next 1-2-months but as they are busy there could be long term opportunity.
Duties include:
- Data Entry entering candidate details into the in-house data base
- Putting together on-boarding material
- Following up on references and other background checks
- Booking interviews
- Formatting offer letters
- Other adhoc administration duties
Skills Required:
- Some HR/Recruitment exposure or experience
- Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Fast and accurate Data Entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well in a team
