An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a leading organisation within the health Sector.  Located in Grafton you will be working as part of a motivated Stores/Inventory/mailroom team working full time hours.  Starting asap for the next 1-3 months (with possible permanent opportunities) this is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your supply chain knowledge working within a large and complex organisation.

 Duties include:

  • Processing incoming mail and packages
  • Distribution of mail and packages around a large organisation
  • Ensure stock incoming is correct and not damaged
  • Labelling
  • Stock rotation
  • Stock issues including stock returns, missing stock and over stock levels
  • Other adhoc duties as they arise
  • Liaise directly with suppliers
  • Keep Oracle updated

To be considered you will ideally have:

  • NCEA level 3 and/or other qualifications
  • Previous stores/inventory experience
  • An understanding of how a warehouse works
  • The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
  • Be fit and happy with manual lifting and moving stock around a large organisation
