Starting asap till the end of June (possibly longer) we are looking for an experienced Business performance and reporting analyst to join a large health-based organisation.  You would be located in Penrose working with a small busy financial team.  

Duties include:

·         Helping to deliver financial insights and analysis to multiple managers/teams.  These could include general reporting, financial performance analysis, Monthly accounting, budgeting and forecasting.

·         Putting together detailed reports and analysis with multiple variables for management in order for them to make informed decisions

·         Develop and implement complex financial models to guide business strategies and to help enhance operational effectiveness

·         Assisting with implementing new analytics, BI tools and processes to help with more accurate financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting to assist with decision-making

·         Budget Management including establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for senior management

·         Developing and managing large, complex financial models and systems on a regional and national scale. 

·         Establishing and maintaining good control processes to ensure a high level of compliance, best practices and regulations

·         Assist with supporting various organisational departments including procurement and HR by providing financial information as requested

·         Build good relationships across a variety of teams including AP, AR, payroll and auditing

·         Assist with other financial project work as required

Ideal Skills and experience for this role include:

·         Being a chartered accountant with experience working within large complex organisations both in the public and private sectors

·         Experience with financial planning, analysis, reporting, business modelling and budgeting

·         Flexibility to assist with a range of tasks

·         Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations

·         Good relationship building skills

·         A high degree of accuracy
