This is a very special Support Centre position due to the nature of the service this organisation provides. You will be the first point of contact for calls requiring professional help and assistance with regards to personal or workplace support.
We are therefore looking for a professional Support Centre Representative with a sound career background and excellent communication skills.
We would like to emphasis that this is not your standard call centre role, but a service role, where you will be required to convey reassurance, empathy and have excellent listening and time judgement skills. You will also be replying to web bookings/ emails, enquiries and after hour calls left on the voice message.
This is not a sales role and there are no cold calls required, the centre is very busy with calls and follows up on appointments. To be successful in this role, you will have proven skills and experience in the following:
- Life experience and the ‘smarts’
- Empathetic but a sound personality
- Ability to work in a small team
- Excellent communication skills
- Great computer literacy skills
- Fast data entry
