The Role

We are currently after someone with previous warehousing/stores/inventory experience to assist this busy team located in South Auckland.  In this role you will get to work for a large medical organisation ordering and distributing a wide variety of products.  This is a hands on job that promises to keep you busy and on the move.  Starting ASAP you will be working 7am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday. This position will be for a 2-4 week period

Duties

  • Checking stock levels
  • Manual lifting and moving stock around departments in a hospital environment
  • Updating the database (Oracle)
  • Ordering products using an online ordering system
  • Other administration duties as required

Skills Required

  • Experience with lifting and moving stock around a large organisation
  • A good fitness level
  • Experience with purchasing and inventory administration
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • A good fitness level
  • Experience with Oracle an advantage
  • Good MS office skills
