Looking for some temp work in the New Year? We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who has has some exposure to accounts. This position starts on the 7th Jan and will keep the successful candidate busy for about 2 months.
The main duties of this role will involve:
- Processing Invoices
- Invoice queries
- Scanning Drawings
- Searching for and updating H&S Register with current standards/legislations
- Greeting and directing visitors, responding to queries by phone and email
- Mail distribution
- Any other admin tasks as required by the wider Facilities & Development team
We are looking for a temp that has the following experience:
- Invoicing experience (essential as this is the bulk of the role)
- Experience working in Oracle
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- General admin experience
This position will support the team while the recruit for the position on a permanent basis so there is the potential for this to extend.
