Looking for some temp work in the New Year? We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who has has some exposure to accounts. This position starts on the 7th Jan and will keep the successful candidate busy for about 2 months.

The main duties of this role will involve:

  • Processing Invoices
  • Invoice queries
  • Scanning Drawings
  • Searching for and updating H&S Register with current standards/legislations
  • Greeting and directing visitors, responding to queries by phone and email
  • Mail distribution
  • Any other admin tasks as required by the wider Facilities & Development team

We are looking for a temp that has the following experience:

  • Invoicing experience (essential as this is the bulk of the role)
  • Experience working in Oracle
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • General admin experience

This position will support the team while the recruit for the position on a permanent basis so there is the potential for this to extend.
