Are you an experienced medical receptionist?
Are you looking for your next opportunity?
Our client is a busy medical clinic and they have an exciting opportunity to take on a new receptionist/administrator to support their awesome team.
This is an ASAP requirement for the next 3-6 months.
Key duties for this role include:
- Clinic preparation
- Fielding phone calls
- Updating details and making bookings
- Managing the referrals coming through
- ACC forms and Southern Cross pre-approvals
- Frontline reception duties
- Other adhoc duties as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Medical administration/reception experience - this is essential!
- Excellent communication skills
- Good MS office knowledge and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- The ability to work to deadlines and take on a variety of tasks
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
