We are looking for skilled and motivated support workers to fill in casual shifts at  renowned and well-established not-for-profit organisation in West Auckland. Supporting the clients, you will work to provide a safe, integrated, high-quality treatment service for clients.

The role…

• Work on a variety of tasks maintaining an efficient and safe environment for clients
• Providing one on one support to clients 
• Providing support to clients in relation to WINZ or other providers
• Driving a facility car or van and transporting clients as directed
• Reception/admin/handover duties where applicable

About you…

• Level 4 certificate in Mental Health and Wellbeing (or similar)
• A good grasp of English and excellent communication skills
• Current clean drivers license
• Current first aid certificate
• Experience working with Maori and Pasifika communites 
• Emotionally intelligent
• Some administration experience a plus as there may be ad hoc admin duties 
• Ability to relate to people with sensitivity, caring and patience
• Work as an effective member of a team, as well as alone
