Our client is undergoing a large scale operation to help millions of New Zealanders and they are looking for you to join their team to help support, deliver and assist in this exciting programme. You'll be working with some bright and passionate people in a fast paced environment to help them achieve their striving target.

 

About the role

This is a 6 month fixed-term contract located in Central Wellington within the Public sector

 

What you can expect in your new role:

  • Full diary management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel bookings, event bookings, airport transfers etc. 
  • Provide high-level confidential executive support
  • Maintain good working knowledge of current matters
  • Liaise effectively and communicate with internal and external parties 
  • Preparing agendas 
  • Meeting minutes
  • Supporting the wider team

 

The candidate will have:

  • Previous EA/PA experience
  • Excellent organization and administration skills to support managers
  • Diary management and multitasking abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient MS suite skills and excellent writing skills
