Due to the growth at our Source HR & Recruitment site based in Onehunga we are looking for our next superstar to join the team! This is a varied role and you will be recruiting for both Blue- and White-Collar roles.

Ideally you will need to have previous Recruitment experience as a Resourcer or similar; what’s more important to us is a positive, can do attitude and open to learning, the ability to problem solve and act with urgency, a team player mentality and the ability to find quality candidates for our clients.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Writing and posting ads
  • Screening and interviewing of candidates
  • Searching various mediums for candidates
  • Social Media posting
  • Verbal referencing
  • A variety of admin tasks

You will need to have:

  • Ideally previous experience in a similar role
  • Possess excellent administration & systems skills
  • Be able to work in a fast - paced environment, be adaptable with a positive attitude
  • Real people person, resilient and have excellent communication skills
  • Able to relate to people at all levels
