Due to the growth at our site based in Onehunga we are  looking for our next superstar to join the team! This is a well established desk with lots of existing clients and jobs.

We are open minded as to whether you have previous recruitment experience or not; what’s more important to us is a positive, can do attitude and open to learning, the ability to problem solve and act with urgency, previous experience in a sales environment, a team player mentality and the ability to build solid relationships.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Triangle Recruitment your typical day to day duties will include:

• End to end recruitment activities – from gathering the client brief, advertising, shortlisting and presenting candidates, through to negotiating placements and follow up 
• Account management (nurturing your existing client relationships) and new business development (growing your client base)
• Working collaboratively in a team environment, and always striving to do the ‘right thing’
