An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client to start looking for an Executive Assistant who only wants to work 20 hours per week.

You will be supporting the Chief Executive, managing the diary and travel, coordinating meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points. You will also be coordinating and supporting events, consolidating monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

We need you to have experience supporting a Chief Executive or senior role of similar scope and complexity. Being technically savvy with excellent skills in the Microsoft suite will be essential along with high level communication and interpersonal skills.

A tertiary qualification in Business or Communication would be desirable and a commitment to developing skills and understanding Te Reo Maori and Tikanga.
