The position
The objectives of this position are two-fold. Firstly, you will support the business and managers in creating an environment where their teams are engaged and well supported. Secondly, you will develop personalised training for all team members, enabling them to maximise the advanced systems and technology they work with. To deliver on these two objectives, you will be responsible for:
- Leading health and wellbeing initiatives
- Managing all human resource functions
- Delivering effective recruitment and induction outcomes
- System and productivity improvements
- Leading the commitment to sustainable business practices
- Contributing to health and safety processes and performance
- Ad hoc project management
About you
With a passion for people, training and travel, you will demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, high levels of self-motivation and people development. You will have proven capability of understanding opportunities for improvement in business, systems and individuals’ knowledge. Your approach to problem solving will impress, as will your ability to take people on a journey of personal and progressional development. And finally, you will be a competent operator in the HR generalist space, keeping abreast of legislation and developments in the industry.
