Monday to Friday with flexibility to work occasionally in the weekend

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Receptionist will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to the residents of the Care Centre, and their families along with the finance, clinical and administration teams within the Care Center.  Your responsibilities will be challenging and varied, and will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, suppliers, residents and their families 
  • H&S document administration
  • Supporting the Administration Manager with projects
  • Ensuring that buildings, plant, equipment and grounds, are maintained and presented well
  • Supporting efficient reactionary maintenance and repairs
  • Assisting with the coordination of refurbishments
  • Overseeing all warranty and certification requirements for plant and equipment
  • Assisting with the development and execution of the long-term maintenance plan
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing administration support to the wider team
  • Assisting the Administration Manager with software and systems implementation

This is an exciting position that requires a highly professionally individual who is proud of their high levels of maturity and common sense.
