This position provides global support, leadership and direction for reliability strategies for new and existing assets for our client’s business . The successful candidate will assist with directly embedding the reliability principals into new capital builds through a managed capability and influence framework, including the use of codified best practices.
This position, suitable for a graduate or a person with 1-3 years’ experience, will see you working in partnership with group assets, major project, asset subject matter experts, global manufacturing groups, site operational staff and maintenance leaders to deploy and embed a standardised Global Asset Management approach, with operational and maintenance standards, processes, systems, and practices.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Participating in the development, stabilisation and strategic advancement of predictive and preventative maintenance practices
- Ensuring new capital builds have embedded the key criteria for effectiveness of existing facilities and systems
- Supporting the ongoing development and quality of group maintenance strategies
- Driving significant initiatives and improvement to reduce unplanned downtime
