About the role
This role plays an integral part in the customer service team, providing exceptional support to external and internal customers. Ensuring that all customers receive responsive and professional attention in order to enhance the brand and experience, you also need to be personable, solutions focused and thrive on customer satisfaction. 

A typical day

  • Responding to all enquiries received and providing proactive updates to stakeholders
  • Ensuring orders are accurately processed to maximise on time deliveries
  • Efficiency completing all administration and reporting
  • Answering phone calls & emails through management of the customer desk
  • Processing warranty claims and credit returns
  • Maintaining the integrity of databases and systems
  • Providing exceptional customer interactions building long term lasting relationships
  • Contributing positively as part of the team

About you

To be successful in this role you will have a customer centric focus with excellent communication skills. You thrive in a busy environment with a professional approach and a meticulous attention to detail and process. A team player with a can-do attitude, you demonstrate strong work ethic and have a drive to succeed.

Additionally, you will possess the following:

  • An ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Competent skillset in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Experience in a wholesale sales environment is advantageous
