We are seeking two motivated and adaptable Continuation Support Officers to join our Facilitated Support team on a temporary basis. These roles are designed to create additional capacity within the team, enabling our Customer Service Representatives to undertake further training and development.
While the primary focus will be on continuation work, these roles are flexible and will also include client-facing interactions, scheduling and bookings, and a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client files and support plans, ensuring accuracy and identifying need for reassessment
- Maintain and update client records and documentation
- Coordinate and schedule client assessments, applying priority frameworks
- Liaise with clients, representatives, and external providers
- Support booking management, including reallocating cancellations and managing urgent requests
- Complete general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required
About You
- Confident communicating via phone and email with a professional and empathetic manner
- Strong communicators with the ability to manage expectations clearly
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Socrates
- Able to make sound, timely decisions within guidelines
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experince in Health or disability support environment
