A clinical Nursing Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective coordination, management of nursing staff, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with proven leadership skills, experience in team management, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.  This role is located in Ohaupo, Waikato Region.

You will responsible for day to day emergency care and be liasing with other health professionals, the Residents and their families.

The successful candidate MUST:

• Be part of the Nursing Council of New Zealand
• Have experience in NZ and with Aged Care.
• Interest in Leadership responsibilities
• Experience in Management/leadership
• Hold current Drivers License
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand

The position:

• Mon - Fri
• Flexibility to cover extra shifts when needed
• Ohaupo, Waikato Region,
