You will be working directly with the accountability manager to help support the development and monitoring frameworks for the organisation. As a senior you will help deliver all accountability documents and to ensure they meet accountability obligations. The Team also contributes to the support and management of the organisation's Board.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and monitoring of the performance management frameworks and measures, monitor and evaluate its performance
  • Supporting delivery of accountability documents, including performance expectations and external reporting requirements
  • Draft allocated Ministerial responses, briefing papers, Official Information Act responses, and responses to Parliamentary and Select Committee questions for Ministers
  • Support the ongoing machinery-of-Government capability 
  • Maintain effective relationships across the organisation

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Understanding machinery of government
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
