The current incumbent has been seconded to another project and the organisation have an immediate need for an experienced IT systems support person to jump in and take over for 4 months+ You will be the main IT support for the entire team and your role is pivotal to the success of the organisation. 

The role will entail a variety of tasks including:

• IT Support & Operations - all Helpdesk tasks
• Providing Advice and Training 
• Systems Administration and Maintenance
• Technical Architecture - assist with development of technical platforms
• Information Systems Disaster and Recovery Management   

You will need to have:

• Minimum of 2-year IT Helpdesk experience or similar & relevant tertiary qualification
• Possess excellent communication skills and be able to deal with multiple stakeholders at all levels
• Self-managing, collaborative and professional 
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Strong technology systems knowledge and technical ability
• Strong understanding if Microsoft Office and ability to trouble shoot issues
