Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the General Manager you will provide them with a high level of executive and administrative support. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the GM
  • Screening and directing the GM’s inbox
  • Coordinating committee meeting, briefings and key stakeholder meetings
  • Arranging agendas and taking minutes
  • Compiling reports
  • Documenting and systemising processes

You will also be an active member of the senior leadership team and you will have one direct report.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience providing assistance or support to senior executive managers
  • A high level of proficiency with the MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
  • Professional communication skills – both verbal and written

We are looking for an adaptable individual who can remain calm under pressure. You will be comfortable working through complex situations with minimal direction, applying excellent problem-solving skills.
