About the role
This role plays an integral part in the smooth operation of the practice, providing support to the clinical team it demands exceptional customer service ensuring customers receive timely, efficient and friendly service. Scheduling appointments and managing a busy flow of customers in practice and over the phone it requires excellent organisational skills with a positive attitude.

A typical day

  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Answering phone calls & emails
  • Processing customer purchases
  • Assisting in optical pre & post testing
  • Supporting clinical assistants
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Providing exceptional customer interactions

About you

To be successful in this role you will have a customer centric focus with excellent communication skills. You thrive in a busy environment with a professional approach and a meticulous attention to detail and process. A team player with a can-do attitude, you demonstrate initiative and remain calm under pressure.


Additionally, you will possess the following:
