We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Clients’ community service team in Newton Wellington.   This is a full time permanent role working with clients 16 years and over with acquired neurological, long-term, or age-related conditions. The role has a strong focus on client safety and independence.  

This is a great opportunity to work alongside allied health, nursing and medical colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds in the public arena and their private homes.

 Ideally you will have:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Ability to build effective rapport with clients and families
• Experience with ‘Enable Criteria & Equipment Provision’ an advantage
• Minimum 3 years NZ experience
• Respiratory knowledge an advantage although training provided

 Essential:

• NZ registered Physiotherapist
• Current Practicing Certificate.
• Full Driver’s license
