Our client is one of New Zealand’s largest, privately owned hydraulic companies, servicing the  wholesaling, retailing and service sectors.  If you would enjoy working for a company where there is a strong sense of ‘work family’ amongst their staff, then read on!

With key national and international suppliers, customers and stakeholders, this company provides a wide variety of industries with all things hydraulic.  Their state of the art workshop and hydraulic diagnostic testing facilities provide hydraulic system engineering and maintenance for their extensive client base.

While you will work quite broadly in the company, your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Receipting of inwards good
  • Stock movements, storage and rotation
  • Liaising with clients regarding spare parts requirements
  • Researching solutions with suppliers and advising options to clients

The successful applicant will demonstrate well developed knowledge of inventory management and reporting.  In addition, your customer services skills will be outstanding, as will your ‘can-do’ attitude and communication style.  Key to your success will be your ability to ensure adequate stock items are available at all times for the broad, diverse client base across New Zealand.  Hydraulics training  will be provided to the person who offers a strong stock/spare parts background.
