I have enjoyed a career at Asset Recruitment spanning more than 20 years. During this time I’ve experienced many changes including market demands, candidate expectations, recruitment trends and sourcing techniques. While I can work across all facets of our business, nowadays I recruit mostly at a senior level. Whether it’s a Chief Executive or Chief Financial Officer position, or maybe a senior technical role, I provide a seamless, professional service to our clients. Building long-term relationships with many of Hamilton’s leading organisations has been a career highlight for me, and with many of those clients I feel like part of their team! Over the years, I’ve built up a real understanding of the recruitment market, particularly here in the Waikato. I’m always happy to use this knowledge to provide support to our clients needing a sounding board or a little guidance on a recruitment issue.
