Delivery Manager – ICT Infrastructure

Healthcare industry experience required

12-Month Contract | Auckland

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT infrastructure across multiple facilities projects within a large, complex organisation.

This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where technology delivery must align with construction, operational readiness, and fixed commissioning milestones.

About the role:

You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of multiple ICT workstreams, working closely with internal technical teams, construction partners, facilities teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of ICT infrastructure workstreams
• Managing multiple vendors and technical delivery teams
• Coordinating dependencies across construction, facilities, and operational stakeholders
• Managing risks, issues, schedules, and delivery milestones
• Providing clear reporting and delivery assurance to senior stakeholders
• Ensuring delivery within a live operational environment with minimal disruption
• Managing delivery within a capital-funded programme

About you:

You will bring:

• Proven experience delivering complex ICT infrastructure or technology projects
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and external dependencies
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with excellent organisational skills
• Financial and commercial awareness, including CAPEX-funded project delivery
• Experience in healthcare, construction, critical infrastructure, or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
