Performance & Improvement Lead – Contract | Auckland

Seeking an experienced Performance & Improvement Lead to operationalise and embed a new performance framework and priority programmes across a complex organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Embed performance frameworks into day-to-day operational processes
• Improve performance governance, reporting and review mechanisms
• Translate strategic priorities into practical delivery structures
• Apply Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles to programme delivery, governance and reporting
• Support effective use of scorecards, performance measures and insights
• Review and improve processes supporting operational performance
• Develop sustainable processes, documentation and ways of working

About you:

• Strong background in performance improvement, operational excellence or transformation
• Experience embedding frameworks and improving business processes
• Understanding of Scaled Agile / SAFe in complex environments
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement capability
• Healthcare or large public-sector experience advantageous
• Able to quickly understand the big picture and turn strategy into practical ways of working
