General Construction Workers - Solar Project

We are seeking hardworking and reliable General Construction Workers to join our growing team. This role involves physically demanding outdoor work assisting with solar panel installation and related construction activities across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual handling and lifting of solar panels and construction materials
• Assisting with the installation and laying of solar panels
• Supporting site preparation and general labouring duties
• Brazing, clamping, and securing wires and components
• Assisting with arm, runner, and pile laying after excavation/digging
• Operating basic hand and power tools safely
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised worksite
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and site teams

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in construction, civil works, labouring, or solar installation preferred
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
• Site Safe or relevant construction certifications advantageous
• Applicants must be reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to undertake physically demanding work.
