About the Role
With earning potential up to $150kpa AUD and a base salary between $88-$110kpa AUD, you will deliver physiotherapy services across multiple settings, including community aged care (in-home visits), in-clinic consultations, workplace-based assessments and interventions.
Duties:
- Manage a varied caseload with a strong focus on return-to-work rehabilitation
- Conduct pre-employment functional assessments across a range of industries
- Have the opportunity to contribute to early intervention services (not a core focus)
- Build and develop relationships within local business and mining sectors
- Collaborate with a Physiotherapy Assistant and broader multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using Cliniko
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Interested in occupational health, return-to-work, or workplace-based physiotherapy

Mandatory Requirements
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current Full driver’s licence
- Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Up-to-date vaccinations as required

- Full NZ/Australian working rights (Citizen, Permanent Resident)
