Working across residential and commercial properties, you’ll support an experienced team with inspections, maintenance coordination, administration, and contractor liaison. No two days will look the!

This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants to develop a long-term career in the property industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting property inspections across residential, rural/land and commercial sites
• Preparing detailed inspection reports and identifying maintenance or safety concerns
• Coordinating maintenance requests, work orders, and contractor quotes
• Communicating with tenants, landlords, contractors, and the wider property team
• Supporting day-to-day administration and operational tasks
• Ensuring health and safety requirements are followed at all times

What we’re looking for:

• A current full driver’s licence
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach
• Good attention to detail and the ability to spot potential issues
• Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
• General confidence with technology and computer systems
• Physically fit and comfortable walking properties and land sites
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Exposure to property, facilities, trades, construction, or maintenance environments would be advantageous, but just as important is a reliable work ethic and a genuine interest in the industry.
