This is a fantastic opportunity to move beyond general administration and develop your skills in a busy Accounts Payable role, supported by an experienced finance team.

About the role

As the Accounts Administrator, you'll play an important part in ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time. You'll learn the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, supplier enquiries and maintaining accurate creditor records, while also providing occasional support to our reception team when required.

This is a role where you'll build valuable accounting experience while working closely with property managers, accountants and suppliers across the business.

What we're looking for

You don't need years of accounts experience - we're more interested in finding someone who:

• Has solid administration experience
• Enjoys working with numbers and detailed information
• Is highly organised and accurate
• Has good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Communicates well with both colleagues and suppliers
• Is eager to learn and develop a career in finance
• Takes pride in delivering accurate work and meeting deadlines
