Body Corporate Team

Looking for a varied administration role where no two days are quite the same? We're on the hunt for an organised, people-focused Body Corporate Assistant to support a team of Body Corporate Managers and help keep everything running smoothly.

What your day will look like:

You'll be the go-to support person for the Body Corporate Managers, helping with everything from administration and meeting preparation to coordinating maintenance and communicating with owners, contractors and suppliers. The role includes preparing AGM and committee meeting documentation, managing correspondence, assisting with insurance claims, maintaining property records and following up on action items.

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves being organised and keeping things on track
• Has great administration skills and attention to detail
• Communicates confidently with a wide range of people
• Can juggle multiple priorities without losing their cool
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Can demonstrate 18+ months of general administration experience
