The Role

As a New Home Consultant, you’ll guide clients through one of the biggest and most exciting decisions they’ll make. From the first conversation through to contract, you’ll take the time to understand what matters to them - their lifestyle, design aspirations, budget and priorities. Then work alongside Urban Homes' talented internal teams to turn those ideas into an achievable solution.

This is relationship-led sales. You’ll build trust, ask the right questions, manage expectations and create an experience that clients genuinely enjoy.

What sets you apart

You’ll ideally have experience within residential construction, new home sales or a closely related environment and be ready to join a forward-thinking, design-led brand with a strong reputation for quality. Commercially minded and naturally relationship-focused, you’ll be confident discussing design, budgets and contracts while keeping the client and their vision at the centre of the conversation.

You’ll also be:

• Driven by results and motivated by the opportunity to achieve
• Comfortable with basic estimating, costing and contract documentation 
• Organised and disciplined in managing leads and follow-up
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to deliver a great result
