Alpha recruitment is working closely to fill two Service Desk Analyst positions for an ASAP start.

The ideal candidate will:

• have Customer Service experience.
• have a great phone manner
• Be able to follow process
• have Data Entry experience
• have the ability to multi task
• have a high level of ethics
• be punctual and reliable
• be IT savvy
• have 1st and 2nd level service desk experience

The role is phone based with admin tasks to complete.  It will include:

• Setting up new accounts
• Active Directory Management
• Exchange
• app provisioning
• hardware provisioning
• on site resourcing to the head office
• 1st level support on bespoke applications
