Our client is a well-known government department based in Auckland Central and they are looking for a mature and friendly, experienced administrator who can provide excellent team support within the team. This role is a full-time (40 hours per week) 3-month temporary position, Mon – Fri. They are looking for someone to start immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
- Compiling and distribution of agendas
- Typing minutes from recordings and circulating
- Scheduling meetings
- Compiling reports
- Recording data and stats
- Maintaining up-to-date intranet content for the Commercial Services pages
- Following up on outstanding invoices via email and sometimes on the phone
- Updating a client database regarding their personal details
The right candidate will have:
- 2+ years administrative experience, including strong experience in minute-taking
- Proven experience managing high volumes of work within tight time frames
- Proven experience providing efficient and effective administration services to a senior manager, preferably in the Public Sector
- Excellent MS Suite skills
- Experience with Oracle and/or Datix Systems are an added bonus!
- Confident working independently on provided tasks
