Jane Reddiex

I am an experienced Recruiter with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. I have sourced and placed talent at executive and non-executive levels across multiple disciplines in both the public and private sectors, my experience has been gained working in agency and in-house capacity.

During my career I have also gained extensive exposure in the development, design and implementation of assessment centres, the management of graduate and volume recruitment campaigns and the development and management of targeted recruitment campaigns at executive level. In addition to my recruitment experience, I have a proven track record in the creation and leadership of small and large recruitment teams.

My key areas of specialisation are end to end recruitment, the development of talent attraction strategies, the design and implementation of assessment centre based sourcing models and the management of volume and graduate recruitment campaigns.

Outside of work I am a passionate Foodie, Vinophile and Pug aficionado!
