My role at Asset Recruitment is focused on industrial recruitment, specialising in the recruitment of suitable candidates for placement in temporary roles across a range of industries including manufacturing, dairy and food distribution.

I’ve always enjoyed building strong and effective working relationships. Working closely with our clients, I like to take the time to really understand how their business operates, the workplace culture, and any particular procedures relating to their industry. This ensures the recruitment process is as streamlined as possible, and that I match candidates that are the right fit to help drive their business’s productivity.
Throughout my career I’ve been privileged to work in all facets of business. Including overseeing all operations of restaurant businesses and guiding them to optimum performance, and more recently as the HR and Development Manager for a franchise of seven mainstream food restaurants across the North Island.

I’m very results driven and highly motivated. Over the years I’ve built solid knowledge around staffing and management principles, leadership and coaching practices, recruitment, human resources and employee safety and wellbeing.
