Rosemary MacGibbon

Rosemary MacGibbon is a Director of Farrow Jamieson Advisory Services.

She graduated from the University of Otago with a B.A (Psychology and Education) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Rosemary has over 25 years’ experience in working with senior executives and boards; conducting psychological appraisals, performance reviews, succession planning, outplacement counselling and career development projects.

She is a commercially astute consultant who utilises her vast business experience as well as a range of psychological tools to help clients create clear and pragmatic outcomes.
