We are currently looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced recruitment consultant to join a busy recruitment team located in Otahuhu.  Take ownership of this busy role recruiting staff within the medical sector. If you are proactive and enjoy end to end, high volume recruitment read on. 

Duties for our role include:

• Advertising, screening and interviewing candidates
• Reference checking
• Organising orientation packs for new employees
• Verifying qualifications and completing back ground checks
• Scanning and filing documentation
• Finalising contracts
• All other duties as and when they occur

Essential criteria for this role include:

• A proactive can do attitude
• Proven previous recruitment experience (High Volume)
• Advanced Microsoft office skills
• A positive friendly attitude and most of all ability to think outside the square and on your feet.
• A professional appearance and good telephone manner
