Our Client is a Global leader in secure electronic payment solutions with a significant presence in the Asia Pacific Region. It has recently acquired business units in New Zealand enabling the combined Australia and New Zealand operations to potentially become the largest business unit within the ASPAC region.
This position will be responsible for processing returned equipment (Inwards) and to prepare, programme and dispatch all equipment orders (Outbound) to agreed accuracy levels and within agreed timeframes and in doing so deliver service excellence, with an emphasis on service delivery for external and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities for this position will include:
Customer
- Deliver internal & external customer satisfaction by achieving or exceeding business SLA targets for productivity, accuracy & timely delivery
Operational
- Follow set processes and workflow models to maintain maximum warehouse productivity & accuracy
- Perform test & diagnostic on devices, cleans, refurbish devices
- Assist in identification and diagnosis of faulting product in conjunction with the Repairs Centre Team
- Assist with Accurate and timely Software and Key loading activities as required
- Timely internal and external dispatch of all outgoing product within specified agreed SLA targets
- Accurate investigation of all product ensuring the kit is directed in the correct manner through the EM process.
- Assist in managing the system based transportation of all product through the EM Team Storage Locations.
- Appropriate, professional and timely communication in regards to the dispatch of product with the appropriate internal customer
- Participate and contribute fully in all Team and Company meetings with the aim to maintain and improve the efficiency of the EM Team
