Alpha IT has collaborated with a prestigious client organization to recruit for a Digital Capability Lead to join them on a permanent capacity. This particular division with my client organization is working to accelerate its capability by transitioning from a support function to a more strategic function to craft and be part of the firm's overall success.
The key responsibility of the Digital Capability Lead is to foster the creation of technological ideas. This involves close collaboration with internal and external partners to discern the necessary capabilities and then connecting these requirements with technological solutions that bolster the firm's overarching strategy. Additionally, the role includes the oversight of stakeholder management, ensuring that programs adhere to the firm's established standards and policies, and offering technical guidance to drive the accomplishments of these initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership to craft and enhance the firm's strategy for harnessing cutting-edge technologies, translating these ideas into practical implementation.
- Champion the realization of digital capability prospects by steering the delivery process and its outcomes. This involves collaboration with internal IT teams to blueprint and plan potential scenarios, culminating in seamless implementation.
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner, ensuring that technological guidance aligns harmoniously with the firm's strategic vision, policies, and standards.
- Pioneer the development and communication of thought leadership by employing strategic thinking to identify connections among technological opportunities spanning various teams. Craft compelling proposals to facilitate investment when necessary.
- Nurture a culture of digital proficiency and advance the firm's capacity to place digital innovation at the forefront.
- Create a framework for digital capability, integrating insights into its operation, and evaluate its impact with a comprehensive strategic needs analysis.

- Proven senior experience in driving technology outcomes delivery
- Thorough comprehension of technology strategy across various business divisions and digital teams, encompassing their distinct functional roles and responsibilities.
- Exceptionally adept at communication, with the capacity to collaborate seamlessly across ITS teams to facilitate implementation and propose ideas, all the while taking into account the broader context of global firm prerequisites.
