About the job

Main duties include:

• Taking inbound calls and making sure the client leaves happy
• Solving complex problems and queries
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate log on internal system
• Following up with clients

About You

• Passion for learning
• 1+ years previous experience in an inbound call centre environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Reliable, caring and solution focused
• Experience in the banking and finance sector is a big plus!
