Main duties include:
- Taking inbound calls and making sure the client leaves happy
- Solving complex problems and queries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate log on internal system
- Following up with clients
About You
- Passion for learning
- 1+ years previous experience in an inbound call centre environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Reliable, caring and solution focused
- Experience in the banking and finance sector is a big plus!
