Are you an experienced commercial property manager looking for your next challenge?  Our client is seeking a skilled person to lead a large leased commercial property portfolio.  Working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless property procurement processes will be key, along with developing a strategic understanding of the organisation’s long term property needs.

Key to your success will be:

• A solid understanding of managing commercial properties
• Extensive experience in property law, lease documents and compliance
• Communication and relationship skills that impress
• Financial acumen including budgets and forecasting
• The ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
• Previous exposure to asset management
• An analytical and critical thinking mindset

Every day can look different in this role, but your core responsibilities will include developing commercial portfolio strategies, driving negotiations, identifying areas of risk, and further developing critical relationships with stakeholders across New Zealand.  Keeping abreast of relevant legislation is essential, as is undertaking solid feasibility analysis and presenting effective business cases.
